On the website, I want to collect different Real Estate Investment Projects.
MOCKUP
I've already created the mockups, see attachment. It's up to you to create a design & logo + coding / website creation + bug testing
Site must look classy, fresh, thrustworthy.
INSTRUCTIONS
I've also added an instruction document in pdf which explains the mockups.
As the admin, I must be able to add these projects (=listings) from within backend and give them some specifications: location, type of investment, minimum budget, etc.
Each of these projects (=listings), should have a different page on my site:
Example: [login to view URL] -> see attachment "Listing Page"
For each TYPE of Real Estate Investment Project, I must also have a different page on my site -> see attachment "Lister Page". This page shows an overview of all listings that belong to this type

User must be able to browse through these projects and filter results.
Functionalites:
- Site must be in Wordpress
- Site must be fully responsive
- Site must work in all common browsers, also mobile browsers
- Site must also have a blog: [login to view URL]
