Photoshop Filters and Batch Actions

I'm looking for someone that can come up with a large set of artistic variations of a car photo using the standard "Filter" menu from within photoshop. For example, you would open an existing photoshop file that we provide and then apply a series of different "Filter" settings starting with say something from the "Artistic" dropdown menu. All I'm looking for is a large range of different artistic variations of the supplied photoshop file. Once a range of artistic variations has been established that we like, these variations would then be built into a series of photoshop actions that could be used for Batch processing other similar photoshop files. Also, we would like the same original image to have a range of different colored backgrounds added in. Again, have a look at the example page provided with this design brief. These should also be built into a series of photoshop actions. Within the photoshop Action, the image would need to be saved in a range of sizes starting with a thumbnail size up to something like 900 x 1200 pixels with 2 or 3 in between sizes. So, in summary after you have finished doing the above, we should be able to go to batch processing and select a 'single' action that will then run all the different actions you have created that will output the different images in a range of different appearances and sizes to a specified folder. For example, if you have created say 30 different actions based on a range of photoshop filters plus a range of actions that added a variety of different background images to the original image and then save these in 5 different sizes we should end up with more than 150 new images that are all based on the original photoshop image. In fact, the more artistic variations you can come up with that we are happy with the more we'd allocate to the project. I should also mention that the magic word for this project is photoshop filters so when you submit a proposal it is important you remember to mention photoshop filters as being the magic word that proves you have read all the project details.
