I need a passport photograph out of a picture. I also need the picture a little bit straighten out in the head area and also change of background. I have photo, but i want to change it to a passport photograph But before i send it....is it possible to do? The head is a little bit tilted as well Thats the photo Can you turn it to a passport I want UK size passport photograph I want UK standard passport photograph measure 45 millimetres (mm) high by 35mm wide With white background Nd the head straight Before i award you, let me list out the things i need you to do for me Passport photograph measuring 45 millimetres (mm) high by 35mm wide The head must be straight the measurements as you are editing please The measurements should be d same The neck area straight and change background colour Thanks
