Presentation Creator

DESCRIPTION We are looking for a prolific and talented Presentation Creator to work with our team on a recurring, on-call basis. If turning B+ work at best into A++ presentations is your thing … we want YOU! You’ll be tasked with working alongside our team – helping to find semi-par work that could benefit our organization, recreate pitch decks, increase readability and visual appeal of content, and produce various types of downloadable content. From there you’re free to work your magic and produce bomb drafts and final versions of work. WHO YOU ARE You’re a word-smith, creator, listener, and self-starter. Our ideal candidate would be a generalist writer with a strong background in quickly producing content across multiple topics. Check out some more details below: RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with us to produce relevant content that meets both the needs of key stakeholders and our audience. Convince others that your work is worth seeing and investing in. Recreate images into editable content. Translate ideas or processes into memorable messages for varied audiences. Crank out drafts for review and regularly accept and give feedback. Incorporate proposed changes and turnaround complete versions quickly. Manage several different pieces at once and meet strict deadlines. Masterfully articulate our brand, familiarize yourself with the founding team and capture the company voice. REQUIREMENTS MUST be available on an on-call basis for presentation creation / editing projects. Familiarity with Keynote and PowerPoint. Ability to create tables, graphs and graphics. MUST have proven experience producing content very quickly. MUST have excellent communication skills. MUST have outstanding problem solving skills. MUST have superior planning skills and pay great attention to detail. MUST be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction. MUST be ready to work hard, be teachable, BE OPEN TO FEEDBACK. BONUS points if you: Have experience creating for startups, community based businesses and / or tech businesses. Have experience with graphic design and presentation formatting. Have understanding of and/or interest in how businesses, organizations, and communities work (STRONG plus, in fact that’s worthy of an extra 15 bonus points). INSTRUCTIONS 2-3 work samples.
