Refresh GUI of job board homepage - design supplied

We are updating (evolution not revolution!) the homepage of a well respected job board. The website has large number of pages for employers, advertisers and job seekers which are graphically uniform via css. The management team has produced a prototype of the new design, which may undergo small further enhancements. The design is being updated in order to create more clarity and a better user experience, which in turn should lead to more advertisers and better revenue for the job board. This project therefore entails updating html/css based on a new homepage design which will be supplied (including graphical icons etc). An image of the existing homepage design is attached. You will be required to access our hosted environment to make the coding changes and the requisite access permissions will be granted to the individual we select to complete this project. Of course, whilst you are essentially reproducing a design, we welcome your own graphical ideas/input, and demonstrable creative skills/experience you may possess will be regarded as an advantage. We see this project as one which can be easily completed in one working day and the budget is set accordingly. We would like to commence and finish this assignment no later than Tuesday September 29, 2015. Additional smallish projects outside the scope of this initial project are likely and can be discussed at a later stage.
