Request for Quote on banner design projects

Hello World! We are looking for a freelance partner to work with on some upcoming Web and Mobile Display Banner projects. We are expanding our offering of services to add banners and need to find a freelance partner that we can work with across a couple of projects. We would be looking for a freelancer that can follow a campaign look and feel (design based on key visual) and use supplied files in either illustrator or photoshop to design and build HTML 5 banners across IAB standard formats and more. We would supply messaging but we prefer to work with partners who have an opinion and offer that up based on their experience. THIS PROJECT IS NOT FOR ACTUAL DESIGN AND BUILD For your response we are looking for a quote based on the below information along with a timeline and some of your previous work. We will be awarding the project fee based on who we would most like to work with, with the outlook that we would engage your services early next week on a separate project. Could you please outline a quote based on creating the following package A banner suite/roll out across the following formats MREC (300x250), Skyscaper (160x600), Half page (300x600), Leaderboard (728x90), Mobile (320x50), 970x250, 300x50. 7 Banners to be supplied in HTML 5 and GIF. Could you also provide a quote for producing a rich media banner using a supplied video file and another quote for creating an animation within a rich media environment. We would like to have two rounds of amendments included in the quote. If possible we would like to consider the above formats a standard package. Some of our projects will have you produce multiple packages from the same creative with small tweaks to messaging if you could provide a cost for messaging tweaks or variants that would be great.
