RTL WEBSITE FOR A TREATMENT SITE

We need examples that show you have previously made RTL websites as well as non RTL examples of existing sites you have designed and coded that are characterized by clean and modern. This project is for a professional medical\beauty expert that offers various services. The site must be 100% responsive for all existing devices and it should be visible in the same way on all the popular browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE (only later versions), Safari and Opera). The site should be organically SEO optimized, I will supply the texts. We have 95% finished the design of the homepage (Attached) and already made 4 out of 9 banners so it should make your work a bit easier. Please check the rest of the info in the attached file. Starting work immediately after I choose the freelancer. We are located in Israel, in your offer please states the time difference between Israel and your country so we'd be able to figure out at what hours we will communicate. I need a freelancer that will be available on all the work hours we will agree on and respond quickly to my inquiries. If for whatever reason one of the team members is sick or anything similar I must be informed about it right away and not the day he returns to work. Time frame: I need the website to be completely done in 4 weeks, in an extreme case, I can allow another week to the deadline. Milestones: We will have 3 milestones. Milestone 1(25%) will be paid after the design is ready and approved. Milestone 2 (25%) will be paid after the design was turned into HTML. Milestone 3 (50%) will be paid after the project is done and have been transformed successfully to our hosting and pointed to our URL, after that we will need up to a week to verify everything is done properly, after this the third milestone will be released. If any general mistakes will be found after that you will still have to fix them. The site will be built on your servers and you will provide me with a link to see the progress and check that the code is written well and that it is clean. Do not worry, I will not interfere with the code, if I will see a problem I will inform you and it will be fixed by you. The code must be clean and correct.
