T-Shirt Designer Needed!

I am looking for a graphic designer to produce hundreds and potentially thousands of high quality t-shirts designs for my growing t-shirt business. Most of the designs will consist of mainly text, but some may require an occasional simply graphic as well. The design will be in any and all niche or topic. Basically, I will send you a link or an image of an existing shirt design, so you can get the idea to make it better or to produce original design work. If you’re interested in coming up with some of the t-shirt ideas and categories yourself, then please mention this and we can plan that into future projects. CRITERIA: Starting I will give you a small amount of t-shirt designs (5-10). Based on the results and quality of those 5-10 designs, we can gradually increase the amount of bulk design to 100, 200, 500 and 1000, etc... In addition, I will leave you a lot of good reviews so that you will be able to get jobs easier in the future. I’m looking for a designer who willing to work for $3 - $5 per design and less ($2 - $3/design) for bulk order. I also attach some designs examples for your reference.
