Web Designer Wanted

We are looking for a proven creative and out of the box mind Graphic Designer to help our design team with: Mobile adaptation of current designs. Development and execution of all production-ready graphics and marketing materials for digital delivery, adhere to general brand style guidelines for the development of branded materials (website, social media channels, offline). Creation and editing of design prototypes, including web design, site navigation, and layout of content. YOU ARE A passionate and creative designer with up to two years of proven experience. Love for good design or graphics. Based or willing to relocate to Berlin. Able to understand the importance of surpassing creative standards. Up to date regarding modern web and mobile best design practices (UX and UI). A master in Photoshop and Illustrator. Able to take initiative, identify and prioritize workload efficiencies, recognizing opportunities on set. An active provider of input to improve processes/techniques, enforce retention of expectations and elevate design skills. Excellent communicator, decisive, deadline-driven, people-oriented person. Great work ethic, punctuality, dependable and can handle multiple deadlines and goals. Fluent in English written and spoken. Speak German is A+.
