Website with db and bidding function!

MANDATORY!!! before bidding, please read the description. Compulsive bidding are rejected!!!! Any bidding by message are also rejected. I need a website to let drivers meet entreprises for car ads. GENERAL Website with some info page and a database and comtact form. The website MUST be multi-languages and easy to translate!! (Separate file for each language). Website MUST be easy to navigate, smartphone/tablet friendly and seo friendly. EASY PART —————— Users can register as entreprise or drivers. Drivers: Can register, log in in drivers’ dashboard, ask for password. User can create 1 or more post to propose theyr car for ads (some pictures and simple form with text, scroll down menu and check boxes). ENTREPRISES Can register, log in in entreprises’ dashboard and ask for password. User can create 1 or more post to present theyr ads plan (pictures and simple form). User can copy and modify a post to have 2 similars. For Each post submited, admins receive an email and must validate it before it’ll visible on the website. ADMINS Can manage users, reset passwords, validate, edit or reject posts and manage biddings (see difficult part). DIFFICULT PART ———————— Entreprises can navigate to see drivers posts and filter results (vehicul type, region,...) Some fields are hidden to users and visibles only to admins. If an entreprise find an interesting profile, can decide to propose the add (bid) by clicki on a button. At this point the selected driver will receive an email with the proposition. The proposition is also visible on the driver’s dashboard. Driver can accept or reject the proposition. - if rejected, entreprise receive a message - If accepted, admin receive an email with the details and both, entreprise and deiver receive a confirmation At the same time drivers can bid on an interesting ads. Entreprise will receive the proposition and can accept or reject. Once a proposition is accepted, it is marked as unavaillable, admin can also see it on the dashboard and can cancel the connection to repost both posts on the website. A pdf is also disponible to print a contract (basic text created in a separate page with fields like driver_name, entreprise_name,....). The contract can be printed or automatically sent to drivers and entreprises. DOCUMENTATION ————————— You’ll receive complete documentation with website structure, forms and a better description of the working flow. ABOUT YOU ————————— We are looking for someone motivated. A portfolio of recents works is welcome. At the end of the project, we ask you to be ready for bugs corrections and to improve the website (improving are given as new jobs). I often create projects so, a long term collaboration is also welcome. Please tell me when you bid if you are interested on it. MILESTONE ————————— For the project 3 milestones are created: 20% once the prototype of the website is ready (design, forms,...). 30% once the bidding system (difficult part) is working 50% once the website is running and working proprely An extra 10% is given if the website is done on the time you estimated and fully working ATTENTION: the price you bid is the price we’ll pay.
