I would like to hire a Graphic Designer

We are a regional Electrical Engineering company who are expanding into the Perth market and need to have a professional looking company profile/capability statement put together to get noticed. The profile will be at most 4 pages and will be attached to a cold email to prospective clients. It will also become downloadable content as part of our website update (website update is not part of this project). We have most of the layout and content available to give to the successful designer. We are after someone to put these ideas/frameworks together, input their creativity and make suggestions to make it WOW (who doesn't want WOW!), then provide a completed draft for final comments and touch-ups before finalising. Our current thinking for the profile is: Page 1 (Front Cover) - Bright, bold, eye catching graphic + company logo with contact details + famous quote -Graphic theme to be readily identifiable as Electrical+Technical+Innovation (company slogan is 'Committed to Innovation'). -Company colours are white + red with the company name and slogan in blue. -Graphic Suggestion 1: Solar panels with the company name following the lines of the modules in the panel. Potential concern is this may be too specific to renewables and not represent all our capabilities? -Graphic Suggestion 2: Shape of a light globe or brain or lightning bolt or other icon presented in a circuitry format, meaning the circuits form the shape. The shape will be readily identifiable as an innovation-style and electrical engineering symbol. -Famous quote has been prepared. -We don't have a graphic prepared nor a layout and welcome creative input. Page 2/3 - Who we are, what we do, our strengths, clients, projects we've done, accreditations/competencies/registrations, etc. -We have sketched the layout and ordering of the information we want to present. -We have prepared the words to go into the profile/capability statement. -We have selected some of our pictures from various projects which will be made available. We also have some 'stock' high res photos and would be happy to use other pictures which would complement the profile. -Each page would have a background as either a snapshot of an electrical drawing or a picture, just not white. Page 4 (Rear Cover) - Bright bold graphic (theme-Electrical/Innovation) -See page 1 ideas We would hope for someone to be available immediately as we want to get this party started and are hoping for a quick turn-around. We're motivated to get a final proof on or before Thursday 27th April, 2017. Whatever input you need from us, we're available at any time to meet this timeframe.
