Build a Website: ASP.NET (VB): Working day Exchange

Hi, Previously, I needed a application that allows users to post their day-offs to a website. But I don't think it workable for me. So now I find out what I really need is a website more than just a application. My website requires quite simple tasks as below info: Ex: My company has 2000 staffs, operations hours is 24/7. So we have at least 10 working shifts... so staffs are changing their working shifts at least twice a month. And sometimes, they need to change their working days because of some reasons, but they need to find someone to exchange the working days. And I need a website to help them to do that. I need the application to be done as below conditions: 1. ASP.NET, VB only 2. SQL Server only 3. Switchable to Desktop and Mobile view mode 4. Beautiful web design (simple and sleek) 5. Source code has to be handover to me after everything is done JUST MAKE IT SIMPLE AS AN ONLINE SHOPPING CART - SELLERS OFFER THEIR WORKING-DAYS - BUYERS BUY WORKING-DAYS BUY CONTACTING SELLERS - TRADING COMPLETES, REPUTATION WILL BE RATED - JUST NO REAL PAYMENT, THE TRADING WILL BE PAID BY REPUTATION SCORES What you need to build? 6. User Profile page (with all activities summary, likes, sell) 7. Working-days offer page (just like a online shopping, buyer can choose which day that he/she wants to take and able to contact seller via sms, phone) 7.1. Click to view/like/accept/contact via sms or phone call and ONLINE MESSAGE (something like Chat box and able to save as inbox message) 8. Reputation (help to rate the users, user can rate other users, and reputation increased when trading completes) 9. Simple Register page (Company, Position, Name, Phone number, Email address, photo). User need to verify the email address before using post or accept working days. Facebook account link is an advance 10. Administrator page: Currently, I have 2 companies. Application has to allow me to setup company, working day number, position... 11. User's working day Offer page (Add New/Delete/Mark as Offered/Cancelled) 11.1. Using calendar view (allow tap to get a popup of choices of save/delete/Mark as Offered, save immediately) 11.1.1. A list of who interested/like/response should show to allow user to reply via sms or phone call 11.2. Working-days always has a SHIFT number such as 0700-1300 (8 hours)... I can setup it in administration page 12. Share to facebook, twitter+.... 13. Search page, search by shift, working day... (auto detect user's position,company as already setup) 14. I need administration page that allow me to delete, ban users... delete posts... Setup company (text), working day number (text), position name (text)... 15. Users can help me to report the wrong posts, bad users... 16. Some areas for me to place advertisements banners (google ads...). Prepare this website for further module in future.
