Hi -
I have a need for a low cost, hourly developer to do basic conversions for me. I have all of the advanced stuff taken care of elsewhere, this is just simple layout stuff like taking the attached graphic and just making it HTML. Its proving too expensive for me to have pricey resources do basic html conversion. Every 5 projects completed, I'll pay out on, and continue to have the project open because I have many such projects.
This is a great starter project for someone who knows CSS and html.
