Convert a Template to a Website

Go through my site and take out all the template information before 730 am tomorrow morning my time.
This will allow me to work with it. Also send me a list of text that needs to be switched out.
Example the About Us area. Should be switched out with my information. I am sure there are other pages
So take there information out. copy it on to a word document. I will than edit than you can load that up during the day. Add the correct markers to the site.
also make the site look clean and everytihng with text. like the facebook links should not be going to there site it should be going to my links. Make it clean.
