Shopify Website Modifications

I need some help adding some features to my Shopify website. I do not know how to code. I need someone who specifically knows how to code with shopify, which I think is a little different than other HTML coding, but again....this is not my skill.

- One of the items that I sell are guns and gun products & accessories that customers cannot purchase to directly ship to their home, but instead need to go to a federally licensed store in their state to take delivery after filling out some paperwork required by law. What I need is a feature to allow customers who are buying firearms to look up a licensed dealer (FFL) located near them that their product can be shipped to. See example here: [login to view URL]

Every firearm and outdoor website has this capability. I have a spreadsheet issued by the ATF for these purposes, I just don't know how to add a search feature to my site that is connected to a spreadsheet (Attached). I hope this all makes sense.
