1. To develop a step form exactly like the sample form provided. 2. The stepform to be developed as a WordPress plugin. 3. The form layout, animations, progress bar, loading message, contact form etc, will be designed as per the sample form. 4. Admin option to add in questions at the backend for the form. 5. Upon submission the details to be sent as an email to the admin and confirmation email to the user. Approximate time to complete: 14 - 15 days (Senior only project)
