I need to generate a website using one of the following templates:
Joomla Site

Background:
Construction company with multiple services with no online presence to speak of.
Needed:
a. Construct site with SEO / Social Media / Google compliant (not necessary to utilize template but can give other sites which we are trying to emulate)
b. Provide training to maintain the content and infrastructure
c. 3 phases - a) deploy initial framework with minimal content (home page filled in, sub pages with no content) b) instruction / tutoring on filling out the remaining content in the sub pages (About Us, Services, etc. ) we want to learn how to build it out ourselves and we have onsite IT staff.
d. Install appropriate plugins for SEO / Security / Backup / Social Media management.
We have 4 websites in all to build so we want to establish a long term relationship with someone / firm.
