Create a glossary based off a JSON feed

I need someone to create an alphabetical glossary that reads from a JSON file. The JSON file will have 3 items on each object: Word, Short Definition and Long Definition. The same JSON file should be used for 2 separate pages. One page is just a listing of all the words with the long definition. The second page should search for wherever an instance of the word appears on the page and show the short description as a tooltip when you hover over the underlined word. The first page should create an alphabetical legend at the top with each word and long definition beside it. It should look something similar to below with all the letters across the top. Each letter at the top should be a jump link down to the letter on the page.
