Add Font Style, Table, Color To File Generated In SQL Server Text Report

Hello coders I have a sql server database that I use to generate a text report. If you look in the zip file I have attached you will see an example of that report. Because it is text it is a little hard on the eyes so I would like to add some formatting to it. Color, tables, font changes so that it looks better and cleaner so eventually I can add more stuff to it without it looking even more like a mess. I took a screen shot of another website to give you an idea of an example of what am looking to turn it into. I am open to other suggestions just wanted to give you something to go off of. I have also included the file I use to generate the report so that you can have a look and see what we need to add code wise. I dont know if this can be done via css or another way so I will leave it up to you to figure out the best possible way to achieve results. Any questions let me know.
