I require a skilled and experienced web developer to create a custom HTML emailer for me. The emailer should be compatible with both Outlook and Gmail. Here are the specifics of the project:
- You will be provided with a JPG image that will form the basis of the emailer. Your task will be to incorporate a single line of hyperlinked text in the middle of this image. The hyperlink should lead to a designated URL.
