Basic Premise:
Create iMacro script that checks Microsoft Outlook on Office 365 website for specific e-mails with certain trigger phrases in them "clock is out of sync" and "big time correction". It gets a time and date from the body of the e-mail and from this date and time it creates a FROM and TO time. FROM is the time minus 15 minutes and the TO is the time +15 minutes.
It then takes a unique Name from the subject of the e-mail and checks it against an excel list to get a URL form to visit.
The URL has a form with a From and To date and a description box. The e-mail subject goes in the description box.
It then moves the completed e-mails to a new folder in outlook.
Then creates a separate list report showing each time it has been done with from and to dates and subject of e-mail. So we can check the list in case of faults or errors.
Example:
1. Check Outlook on Office 365 website
2. Filter e-mails for "time sync correction", "big time sync" etc.....
3. Capture text in subject of e-mail and the time and date following "Device Time: " or "Terminal Date/Time" in the body of e-mail
4. Minus 15 minutes from the Device Time and save this as the FROM time, Add 15 minutes to time and save this as the TO time
5. Take unique site name from subject and check against list of names and urls
6. Open correct URL and fill in form with FROM , TO, DESCRIPTION (the subject of e-mail)
7. Create a report list each time this is done with information "Time Done: Subject - From - To"
8. Move e-mail once task completed to a new outlook 365 folder which can be specified
