1 need a page where ticket will be shown on the front page with some details like INC ID, Status, Priority.
This is like a webpage. Secondly my main motto is to change the ticket's status as per our wish all at once.
Like if there are bunch of tickets and all tickets are in assigned status, so now my motto is to change the status of the tickets depending on the priority to Pending and/ or
completed. As far as i know, we need to create a tool to achieve this
If i'd be able to see the updated ticket's status in webpage after changing that status in backend, it's done.
Required Fields in webpage:
1. INC ID (Ticket Number)
2. TIcket's status
3. Priority (Low, medium, Critical)
Ex: In the webpage i can see there are total of 10 tickets. All 10 are in assigned status. Out of 10 tickets 5 are Low priority and other 5 are critical priority tickets. So, in this case I want to change the status of all 5 critical tickets to completed at once.
Once i performed this action in backend, it needs to be reflected in webpage that all 5 critical tickets are in completed status.
