Developer needed for mobile restaurant guide app

In need of a mobile "restaurant guide" app (either iPhone, Google, or Blackberry). THIS APP SHOULD HAVE ALL THE FEATURES THAT ARE POPULAR including Google Map lookup, restaurant info, phone calling, direction map. Also, but I will not limit the bid to this particular feature, the app should work with a reservation booking engine like Open Table. I have all the graphics (buttons, images, etc) already created. I want data organized by 'price' ("$," "$$," "$$$,"), by 'zip code,' by 'city,' by 'state,' by 'best reviewed' and by 'food category,' with a component where you can mark favorites and embed a review in each listing. THAT'S IT! All graphic work has been completed and back end database has been created. So, I am looking for an "ALREADY MADE" app on any of these platforms to save money.
