Scientific Illustrator needed

Hello, I need a scientific illustrator to draw - in black and white, ink (not digitally) - objects from descriptions. It's an ongoing project and I have quite a few descriptions. I try to be as precise as I can with the descriptions, but there is still a lot of room for interpretation. Illustrators are expected to have some experience in botanical, zoological, medical, archeological or geographical art. In some more detail: This is not a conventional scientific illustration job. I have these detailed, psychedelic visions of organic objects. I want to describe how I imagine these objects, and you to draw them for me. Here's an example of how these descriptions/poems look: It is covered with dry, puffy, knobby scales 1. / These are organized in a semi-orderly fashion 2 on spherical through conical 3 shape. / They sometimes lift themselves into a curvy spike 4. / Inside there is soft and slippery flesh 5. / The meat is segmented 6. Each outer knob-scale is connected to a fleshy segment inside. / Each segment consists of two layers of flesh held together, like a dumpling 7. / Inside the larger dumplings there’s a large, rigid bean 8. / These dumplings are densely ordered one over the other. They point towards the core. / Along the core there’s a fleshy column 9: it’s thick at the wide part of the cone, and gradually becomes thinner. I want you to draw this object, from the inside and out, with cross sections etc. Whatever you need to translate the information. I know this sounds strange. I have been working with several scientific illustrators on this project for about 2 years on this project. The results are very interesting. You'd usually do a rough sketch (digital or pencil) and send me, I'll make some comments, you'd make alterations, and finally ink it. My budget is somewhere round $40 per illustration. Thanks!
