Font Error on Indesign (Need Help)

Hello,
I have InDesign CS6 Creative Cloud
and I need to open an InDesign file to make some edits.
However, when I open the file it says "Fonts" are missing.
This confuses me because I installed the fonts and seem to have all the fonts it says are missing.
I need someone to log onto my computer using "TEAMVIEWER" and to help me resolve this issue.
I will be selecting someone immediately and want to do this right now.
For the right person this should only take an hour or less.
