We are Looking for a person with fluent english and good writing skills who will help me to serve customers for our SEO Company from 5 p.m to 3 a.m. by UK time zone The location of the job is your home seat with an access to live chat soft, Phone call, e-mail, e-tickets etc... You need to have good knowledge in SEO & Link Building so you can follow the customer's question and support What you need to do is to process live chat messages, tickets, e-mails and give the information about our Services or shipped orders. In most cases customers will ask the status of the order and you need to enter our base of tracking numbers and check by tracking the information on some post service sites. If there will be dispute questions you need to prepare problem tasks for support manager. Another part of the job will be a small data-entry which constists in the entering tracking numbers and ship dates into the order system. we am looking for a very responsible assistant. Please note that I can see the statistics of accepted calls and I wont tolerate skipping except of personal issues.
