Project Description: I would like to invite you to work on a new project, a continuation to the previous one. We have a tracking worksheet that track the performance in real time of our route. The report is fille by our dispatcher and ensure our route are on time. This file need to be save in the same documents as the previous project but in another tab. Right we have a table to complete for day shift and one for night shift the are back to back for all the month in a excel documents. I included an exemple of the current report. We would like a similar report 1 for the DAY route and one for the NIGHT route. We don't want to be limited to the month report. Right now we need to change the excel documents each month and search are getting complicated. The best would be to have a drop down menu to load the chosen date and time (AM/PM). We fille out the information the day before with employe name, number of stop, etc. The hole file (including the previous project) need to be editable and viewable by multiple user at same time. Excel docs will be on a common drive on the company network. You need to construct a new worksheet in the same excel file completed by you previously, similar to the template that I sent you with a sort of macro to permit us to change the date and time and load the correct tracking report, or to create new report, change employe - add employee name (between 1-4) per route and enter information during the day to show accurate route performance.
