SEO Work Needed (Linkbuilding and Bookmarking)

Hello, I'm looking for a PROFESSIONAL SEO team that can build relevant incoming links to my website on a monthly basis, if the first project is done correctly and promptly. Note: I will ONLY pay for links that have been indexed by google and can be found by typing the exact url into google search. I am willing to give a 50% milestone payment when email me a spreadsheet of each link that you created to my website with: the Keyword Anchor text, date added, link to google search for the URL where the link was placed.
