Job Overview:\r\nWe need a Community manager with excellent knowledge of the Chinese tourism market who be able to recommend, advise and propose different E-marketing strategies. \r\n\r\n\r\nRoles & Responsibilities:\r\n- Recommend on the different strategies and e-marketing solutions on the Chinese tourism market\r\n\r\n- Create a social media accounts for client \r\n\r\n- Manage on a day to day the different social media networks available on the Chinese Market\r\n\r\n- Translation from English to Chinese and vice versa. Translation capabilities are very important \r\n\r\n- Update pages: manage scheduling, Scheduling and publishing posts\r\n\r\n- Listen to users and respond to their comments and inquiries\r\n\r\n- Moderate daily activity and conversations on the platform.\r\n\r\n- Monitor trends in social media to stay updated across different platforms, not only with the content that\\\'s already been created or cured.\r\n\r\n- Identify needs and preferences of users\r\n\r\n- Give weekly feedback about the activity on the platforms, review metrics and ability to create dashboards on a monthly basis\r\n\r\n- Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy\r\n\r\n- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications and channels\r\n\r\n- Advise and manage Pay Per Click advertising\r\n\r\n- Advise and manage Off Site SEO strategies\r\n\r\n\r\nQualifications and Experience Requirements:\r\n- Should be very at ease with Baidu, Qihoo 360 search, Chinaso, Sogou or Youdao\r\n\r\n- Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional e-marketing on the Chinese market.\r\n\r\n- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media. (Give links to profiles as examples).\r\n\r\n- Proficient in content marketing theory and application. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.\r\n\r\n- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.\r\n\r\n- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms in China and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.\r\n\r\n- Maintains excellent writing, language and translation skills.\r\n\r\n- Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas.\r\n\r\n- Is a Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide us when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).\r\n\r\n- Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.\r\n\r\n- Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO\r\n\r\n- Highly knowledgeable in the principles of \\\"Search and Social\\\".\r\n\r\n- Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress.\r\n\r\n- Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques. Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.\r\n\r\n\r\nLanguage & Communication:\r\n- Ideally Chinese [with good knowledge of \\\'\\\'English\\\'\\\' spoken and written is a must]\r\n\r\nDuration of Project:\r\n- 12 Months\r\n\r\nOur expectation:\r\n- Our aim is to provide TOP class quality service to our Clients as quickly as possible.\r\n- Freelancer must be able to meet different deadlines\r\n\r\nRequirements:\r\n- Freelancer must provide us a portfolio of e-marketing projects he worked on.\r\n- Freelancer must provide us with his CV.\r\n\r\nPayment:\r\n- Payment every 5th of the month, end of month payment.
