Complete marketing for established business for 1 year with results.

I am in need of a complete "team" to do ALL aspects of marketing my business on the internet. This includes organically SEO of web site on/off site. My web site is .asp and 1 year old, a Data base MSQL hosted on Godaddy. I am not creating a new web site but want to make changes as needed for SEOand better results. SMO of all aspects of channels. Includes posting daily on Facebook, twitter, Instagram, YouTube and more. I want my blogs to have articles written as well but can do these 8 times a month. I have google analytics set up and do a lot of PPC on Google as well. This will help the "team" get the understanding of my business. I will need to review the PPC adwords campaign but not a big job, just a review with minor changes if needed. I use SeoProfiler to moniter the work being done on my site and the progress in rankings. There is no need for weekly reports as this app will tell me if your work is working or not. I will be online as much as needed to assist in the project and to make sure your team understands my business and customers. All pictures and such will provided by me. The first month will need a lot of work to be done as i want all the onsite and offsite SEO completed. My business is a family vacation resort in Minnesota. I am busy during June, July and August for the summer with the rest of the year just weekend stays here and there. For the 3 months in the summer i get most of my customers reservations between Jan and March of that year. The requirements will start with a complete plan drawn up and details of how to complete all aspects of the work.
