I run a digital marketing agency (specifically for FB ads) and was looking to outsource so I could focus on the selling aspect. I'm looking for people who are confident in bringing results for these local businesses (Dental Niche) and that can run various campaigns over a long period of time. If you are hired we will give you $100/m to manage these ads. I have a pretty good idea for some offers to promote and the targeting, but I'm very open and interested what approach you would take to this. We're thinking of mostly giving away free or lowest price (Engagement ad) and have the users like and comment. ManyChat (facebook messenger bot) would follow them up giving them information about how to schedule. My main issue is this, I'm not sure how to fully optimize ads, split-test, know when to kill an ad, how to run ads that are profitable over the long term. Basically, I want to outsource all of the small stuff so I don't have to be constantly optimizing for all my clients, which would take up all my time otherwise. PLEASE NOTE: To get these clients, we offer them free trials of our service to show them what sort of results we can give them. (Ex. we will manage their ads but they will cover the ad spend) (Typically $40 over 5 days of an ad) You will have to do some minimal free work for new clients, but once they convert into paying customers, you will be paid the $100 a month.
