Show me your results from your previous campaigns. I can only hire you if I know you've been successful in the past.
I can’t afford to hire someone that doesn’t have experience or can’t bring me sales. I’ve done it in the past, wasted money and left with an empty pocket and nothing but frustrations.
I want three things from the person I hire:
1. Pixeled audiences & email lists we can continue to retarget to
2. Sales from the marketing efforts - your goal will be to make us $250 a day profit from our apparel and coffee mugs
3. A long-term working relationship
Show me your results, tell me how you’re going to make this relationship, and our business, a success. I need to see sales within the first week of the job (would prefer first day or two after starting to run ads).
Our website is [url removed, login to view] ... we bring joy to people's lives through our designs on apparel and home goods. Your job is to bring more joy to more people through social media marketing efforts. We create (at least) 10-20 new products per day, usually more.
I need to start with a low daily budget, $5 a day, to start, and then grow it and scale it. This is not by choice but by necessity, again my budget is not big, we are starting with little and growing it from the ground up.
I'm hoping you'll only need an hour or two (max) per day at first, to create an ad and to run it. As we grow and gain sales you can grow with us and add as many hours as you need.
I will be counting on you to make this a success. I would like to hire and begin today.
