Hire a Lead Generator

I need a specific lead list generated. The leads need to be manufacturers or distributors that use Sage as their ERP System. They need to be selling to both small, medium and large scale accounts on a wholesale basis. It would also help to know if they had an interest in reviewing some new software products that could automatically integrate both salespersons orders and a wholesale Webstore for their wholesale customers. It would also help to know what kind of Sage system they were using and who the key point of contact was for making decisions. I will be happy to work out a spreadsheet with all of the related fields. The initial geographical target is Toronto, Ontario Canada, but eventually all of Canada and all of North America would be part of the initial process.
