* Analyze market trends and team/client performance to sustain high-growth aspirations, drive continued productivity and performance improvements. Conduct regional business forecasts, planning, pipeline management, demand generation, strategy development and trend analysis.
* Provide strategic thinking and excellent sales skills. Manage sales team members to exceed business growth goals.
* Work with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, on-boarding, Agency) to align and meet regional commitments for the New Business Sales team.
