i need someone to get in touch with all potential strategic partners for our Group in West African region: Ghana, Nigeria, Angola, Benin, Togo, Senegal, Cameroon, Liberia, Guinea mainly...

specific contact people within ISPs that we can talk to afterwards about potential deals, co-operation

something in an Excel format

Name, Company Name, Job Title, Contact Details... Comments: like, company is interested in Buyout / Acquisition, partnership, JV, etc.

the prospective companies need to be in ISP business, well known in region and looking for scalability through additional finance, know-how, etc.

Please find below a brief for ONLIME ([login to view URL]).

ONLIME is looking for strategic partnerships, as well as acquisitions in the ICT sector in West Africa.

The Group caters mostly for the Corporate / Enterprises market and covers the following industries:

• Oil & Gas • Mining • Energy & Utilities • Hospitality (Hotels / Restaurant Chains) • Financial Sector (Banks with multiple branches, also cross-border) • NGOs • Embassies • The Government (and related agencies)

We differentiate ourselves on the quality of service and reliability. Think of ONLIME as an iPhone brand amongst the rest of the competition… The Group currently has operations across the globe, either directly on the ground (licensed) or through distributor partnerships, etc. In West Africa we only have a licensed operation in Sierra Leone. We are also a shareholder of SALCAB (Ace Cable Operator in Sierra Leone) and have a VoIP License as well (including our own number range “+232 66 xxx xxx” J)… What we would like to achieve over the next 2-3 years is a rapid expansion in the region, trying to replicate our success in Sierra Leone. What can be offered to our potential clients on the ground is as follows:

1. We can create VSAT coverage for client(s) in the whole region (whole of Africa, if required) at a competitive price and best quality. We also have bandwidth available 'on demand only' (a more cost effective option for those clients looking for 'redundancy' capacity only). We would also like to pursue participation in the ‘vendor list(s)’ for any UN agencies, NGOs, etc…

2. Provide a Value Added Service on top of the above in terms of VoIP capability (so that all potential clients’ branch offices and/or staff on the ground can enjoy ‘extension number’ connectivity wherever they are – smart phone required). We also have our own iOS, Windows and Android soft phone app… Meaning, your number becomes cross-country portable wherever there is internet or 2G/3G data coverage (SIM swap every time you cross the border will no longer be necessary). Furthermore, you will also have a choice of any country’s number range / country code…For example, in Ghana you can also have Nigeria, Togo and Benin number attached to your phone and someone in those respective countries will be making a local call to reach you (again, wherever you are), which should in turn cut any organisation’s communication costs dramatically. Not to mention the fact that even if you travel to different countries all the time, you will always be reachable as if you never left your base country, on the same number at a cost of a local call / tariff !..

3. We are also ready to go the ‘last mile’ as part of any programme for inclusion of deprived communities by setting up Call Shops and Internet Cafes in remote areas of any developing country, offering cheap internet and voice calls (including international, over VoIP) to poorer communities, schools, government offices, etc… All, of course, will be subject to obtaining either the local licenses and/or striking strategic partnerships with the existing ISP / Mobile providers, etc. This could also be of interest to commercial businesses in the region as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility Programmes…

4. For hard to reach areas within countries (due to challenging terrains and/or environments) where conventional means like fiber or radio transmission will always be limited due to accessibility, lack of electricity and cost of deployment, we can provide backbone transmission that does not require as much investment as Mobile Operators usually face…

5. ONLIME can also provide Cloud Storage Solutions in exchange for bandwidth capacity being purchased from us...

Please let me know if you require any further information. I can also fly over to any West African country to meet with any prospective suitors, etc. We are also looking for strategic partnerships with ISPs, possible acquisitions and joint ventures !..
