Position Overview
You will play a pivotal role in bringing our off-the-plan developments to life through visually stunning and impactful marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to create engaging, on-brand designs that resonate with our target audience and drive sales. Supporting the business with various ad hoc design requirements e.g., brochure, website design (not code) and various other marketing collateral required on a weekly basis.

The Role
1. Graphic Design Expertise: Utilize your advanced design skills to create visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, digital ads, and more.
2. Adobe InDesign Mastery: Proficiently use Adobe InDesign to produce high-quality layouts, typography, and graphics for both print and digital media.
3. Industry Experience: Leverage your previous experience in the property industry, particularly with off-the-plan developments, to understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this niche market.
4. Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all materials.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging to create effective design solutions.
6. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
7. Innovative Thinking: Stay up-to-date with design trends and marketing best practices to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
8. Sustainable Printing - Managing the printing requirements and making recommendations on types of paper and materials to be used.
About You
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
• Previous experience in the property industry, specifically with off-the-plan developments, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• A willingness to have fun and “don’t sweat the small stuff”
• A great sense of humour
