Finish a Ruby on Rails project

It is needed a person to continue and finish the project: Web platform (Ruby on Rails), APIs (Ruby on Rails) y mobile application (IONIC). Functionality as follows: General: ---------- 1. To allow signup/signin users. Administrators (only required on Web platform): ---------------------- 2. To allow signup/signin administrators (only required on Web platform). 3. Block/unblock users (change status). 4. Manage courses (each course is like as an article (like a post) with images or videos and text). 5. Manage types of challenges. 6. Manage challenges (each challenge has a description with images or videos). 7. Manage types of complaints. Users (it is required in both Web platform and mobile application): ------------ 8. To register in available, to finish current courses, to show current courses and to show the history of courses. 9. To register in available challenges, to finish current challenges, to show current challenges and to show the history of challenges. 10 Create complaints. Complaints are registers with text or images files linked. 11. To link files with challenges (files of images or videos). What is already done in Web platform: 1, 4(without images or videos), 5, 6(without images or videos), 7, 8, 9, 10 What is already done in Mobile: 1, 8, 9, 10(without images) What is required in this project: =========================== - Points to develop in Web platform: 2, 3, 4(images and videos), 6(images and videos), 11 - Points to develop in Mobile: 10(images), 11 - Points to develop in both Web and Mobile: Styles (what is developed until now is only functional: it does not have any styles) Thank you.
