Mobile iOS Application for Dating Site with Video Chat option

For a business school project we need a mobile application for a dating site idea with video-call option.

The revenue model works on the idea that customers will pay virtual coins to be able to video-chat with different users for certain amount of time. Virtual coins will also be used to send messages, pictures and videos to users after the first free interaction. Create the profile is free, like profiles is free, send 1 introductory e-mail is free. To highlight the customer profile would also have a virtual coin value. Virtual gifts with virtual coin value will also be offered (i.e., 1 virtual coin = 1 virtual emoji such as flowers and hearts).

The app will also have small areas where some paid advertisement can be allocated and with time it would also offer services such as sending flowers and other similar romantic gifts. Primary market: South and South East Asia.

DELIVERABLE

1.- Working mobile application

2.- Explanation of the app functionality and possible improvements

3.- Budget for further development and to make it operational (i.e. webhosting, etc)

4.- Small PowerPoint explaining the app components

You can use some code templates that are available online as well as some application builders. It should look professional but it doesn't need to be perfect as it will no be used for a real business right now but to present a business idea with a working "prototype" (working app). Further development could be done in the future.

PAYMENTS

1.- Milestone for deliverable 1: 30%

2.- Milestone for deliverable 2: 10%

3.- Milestone for deliverable 3: 5%

4.- Milestone for deliverable 4: 5%

5.- Final Milestone after review and corrections: 50%
