Write an iPad application

We are planning to develop an iPad app that provide French leveled reading with matching audio. It's similar to the existing audio book Razkids however it's in English version, for your reference. [login to view URL] The specs will be as follows, - Membership system: Free one week trial, yearly subscription, expires after a year. Bond with Apple ID, each Apple ID can have one or several users however each user need to subscribe individually. Two weeks before expiration date, an email will send out to the Apple ID email address and ask for renewal of the membership. - Library system: Books are sorted by levels by grades (10 grades approximately). Each level will have books in thumbnail format. There will be 3 icons under each thumbnail: Read only, voice over, quiz. - Individual book system: Each book will be ranging from several pages to less than 100 pages, in flipping page style. There will be 4 icons under each book: previous, forward, exit, and quiz. When exit button is selected the user will be lead to previous level directory. When quiz is selected, books will be flipped to the last few pages to quiz. New books will be added to the library regularly. - Voice system: When voice over option is selected, students have choice to pause, forward & rewind the audio. Corresponding page must displayed correctly. Page will not be flipped automatically. - Quiz system: Each book has a multiple choice quiz at the end. If students answered all questions right, a congratulations animation will be played. Otherwise the wrong answers will be highlighted in red, students have a choice to fix them or go back to previous pages to find the answer. They also have a choice to quit and read another book. - Point system: Few points will be collected after each book is being read. More points will be collected if quiz is answered. If child exit the reading or quiz in the middle, points will not be collected. If the book has been read before, or quiz has been done before, points will not be collected. Points can be used to play mini games in the system. This is not critical, details can be discussed later. - Report system: User report is generated on a log when students read and answer the questions. Date, books, quiz score information will be shown on the report page. - Content on the reading material should not be copied nor downloaded. Any suspicious action on the account such as large amount of downloading data in short amount of time should be captured and reported to admin, account will be frozen in the mean time. - We will help with still graphic design, provide scan of books and audio.
