Overview
This is a solution for the admin to manage the food delivery and delivery agents on behalf of 5 chain restaurants. Each chain restaurant has multiple branches in different location points.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Admin – to manage delivery orders and delivery agents. They also edit/update the food order handling capacity per timeslot on behalf of the chain restaurants.
2. Delivery Agents (DA) – 4 types
a. In-house Rider
b. Freelance Van
c. Freelance Rider
d. Freelance Walker
Expected Deliverables
1. Web Admin Portal – A place where Admin sets up restaurants per zone, oversees the order/delivery status, and manages the delivery agents.
2. Driver Mobile Application – A place where the delivery agents can see the delivery orders in demand, accept/fulfill the order, review their earned service fee, get new notifications, complete training, and get live chat CS support. There are 2 types of DA accounts – In-house and Freelance. Both iOS and Android versions are required.
3. Web Landing Page – A solution overview page that describes the functions of this platform and allows delivery agents to sign up.

Remarks: NO Customer and Restaurant Applications are required – This solution receives all delivery orders from existing restaurant systems through an API. It then passes the order data to the restaurants’ Kitchen Management System (KMS) and the driver mobile application through another API. Both API integrations are included in the Phase 2 scope and not included in this round quotation. Please refer to the “High Level Data Flow Diagram”.
