I have an existing website that I would like to turn into an iphone/ ipad app.

The site consists of a series of links to other websites. The full site consists of 374 files. I estimate that each file translates into a webpage. In addition the website / app needs some colour formatting to make it easier to read. I would like to keep the colour scheme down to 3 or 4 suitable colours. Currently the site uses red, black, grey and white but the red on black are not compatible. The full site consists of 9 templates so changes to the colours will need to be done to each of the templates.
