I would like alert ping to transmit from iPhone to all mobilephone in arange of 10 meters via bluetooth The Iphone will have to transmit app, and all other smartphones will have a recive app, it could be one app with Transmit or recive mode, the transmit should be Auto or Manual, and each app have an acount number that I as an admin able to Active or disactive an account, also, when a client recive a ping he should see from which account number the ping came. Also, it should be logs of recived account with all recived ping with time and date. if it's possible, the receiver and transmits can't pair, so all of them use the same pair code.
