Enhance an existing App to be able to be accepted at Apple App store

I have already invested in App development, It was accepted and working successfully in Google play store,

But the App Store rejected the App. The message I received was, "we continue to notice that your App provides the same feature set as other apps submitted to the App Store.
To resolve this issue, it would be appropriate to:
- Review the Design section of the App Store Review Guidelines.
- Ensure your App is compliant with all sections of the App Store Review Guidelines and the Terms & Conditions of the Apple Developer Program.
- Once your App is fully compliant, resubmit your App for review".
I need someone experienced with the Apple store updated submission process to tweak the App for acceptance.
I have already invested in this App and not willing to invest much. Just enough to get it approved.
It would help if you showed you have developed and submitted recent utilities or games Apps in IOS successfully to qualify.
