Functional Requirements
• User Login / Signup page
• Receives data from the online serve
• Stores it in the database of the individual user
• Accepts the Amount in a text field
• Accepts the from and to currency
• Calculates the rate by comparing the currencies
• Returns the final result in the output field.
Project shall make use of the following technologies/techniques
1. View Controllers
2. Data Structures (Custom classes, Dictionary, Arrays etc.)
3. The following Swift language features:
i. Array and or Dictionary
ii. Table’s
iii. Navigation Controllers
iv. MapKit
v. Remote Database using JSON, MySQL & PHP
4. Commenting. The code shall be commented according to the following requirements
i. Each class shall have a header with the principal author of the code and a short description of what the code in the file is for
ii. Each method and field shall be commented and include a brief description of the purpose of method and field. If the Author of the method is different than the author of the class the author name shall also be included in method headers
iii. The code (inside methods) shall be commented to explain WHY the code is there (not how, not what) wherever necessary.
5. Coding conventions
i. Naming conventions must be consistent
