I need a game designer to design an IOS app for me, READ REQUIREMENTS AND ATTACHED DOCUMENTS

Hey! I would like a 2d game developed and uploaded to the app store. I would like a game identical to "Jump King" on computer, but on IOS (view video here [login to view URL]). Same exact gameplay, same exact almost everything except the game will be called "Jump Hero". the only thing slightly different will be maps, the main character and skins/capes. Please watch the full video for information. I wanted to make in app purchases for "coins" that can be used in the game. coins can also be earned in game, through randomly appearing on platforms occasionally. These coins will be used to buy maps, skins and capes. ( please read documents attached). I would like a total of 6 skins, 6 capes, and 3 COMPLETE maps (more information in documents attached below. Please tell me if you can make a complete, detailed game if i buy the premium service and fit in all my needs, unique art, unique effects and game. i would like this game done way before christmas IF POSSIBLE. i dont mind how long it takes as i would love a finished game rather than a rushed one. please get back to me ASAP and research the "Jump King" game art, mechanics, SFX, etc. So to answer your questions, there will be 3 maps, free one: Castle, Volcano 1200 coins: which will be a completely new one, with Laval themed stuff, rocks, etc. And candy land for 1200 as well that features all different types of candy platforms and candy monsters. Also, there will be just one theme per map, but different objects you can jump on throughout the map and more creative ways to get to the top. As for the last questions, enemies must be avoided, and I want it designed so that you can easily avoid them. Enemies cannot be killed. There will be few enemies in the game, and they will be jumping from platform to platform in a certain section of the level (3 or 4 platforms) so that you can avoid them. Also, enemies should fit the theme of the map. let me know the budget and time it takes, I would like this created and uploaded to the app store before Christmas, Thank you!
