resubmit iOS application to the app store and bugs fix

i have react iOS application, i tried to submit to app store, but apple rejected it, i need developer to fix the bugs and fix apple reject reasons and resubmit it to app store, it is react iOS application.
please note i will not pay any money before apple publish the application in app store.
