Looking for experienced Java and Flash coders to develop an advanced and stable enterprise-quality 3D multi-player poker games.

Real Money and Play Money Table Technology.
The poker software needs to be fully customizable and include (but not limited to):
Logo on Poker Table and Desktop Icon (ability to rebrand)
Welcome / Exit Page
Poker Lobby and Navigation Tabs
Color Scheme (Table Felt, Carpet, etc) or Completely Whole New Look
Poker Table Shape (Traditional, Square, Round, etc)
Graphics & Game Sounds
Multilingual (English, Portuguese, Italian, German, Chinese, French, Hebrew, Russian, Korean, and Japanese)
Advergaming/Marketing Support
Powerful Admin - a comprehensive games management system.
Ability to run private tables or tournaments utilizing password protected tables.
I will have full rights to the source code, documentation, etc
