video/java chatroom with password generator

I need someone who can take the chat program available it [login to view URL] and intergrate it with video capabilities. I will also be having private chat rooms which will need to be password controlled, and depending on the time paid for the password is time controlled. It must be able to use the passwords that are generated and when the passwords are up they expire. Just like when you make a purchase for time on united psychics ot livecamnetworks.com. For instance if they pay for 30 mins the password is up after 30 mins of time, based on per use not on a permanent basis.
