Virtual Printer - PDF or PS or Tiff Format

Hello,

I am looking for a virtual printer which when installed comes up as a printer on windows box. When invoked, should convert the present file to ps, pdf or any standard file format. We have another software which can take any standard file and convert to our desired format. This should then invoke an application with the output file as the parameter.

I am assuming that its a reasonable and straight forward project.
