Short Description:
We need an app to calculate positions X, Y and Z of a TV camera obtained from a screenshot of a football match.
Long Description:
Required skills: topography, 3D graphic design, java, trigonometrical calculation
Description: we need a desktop app preferably programmed in Java using AWT, Swing, etc. Other programming languages are also accepted.
The app should contain:
a button to upload the incoming screenshot
three text cases to show coordinates X, Y, Z of the TV camera
Incoming
The app gets a picture of the goal of a football match captured through a TV camera. JPG format. HD 720p.
The picture can be of the goal in the right or in the left of the field indistinctively.
Outgoing
The position of the TV camera with regard to the football field. Font code coordinates.
We require the font code which the app is developed.
Objective
Up to date we have captured the measurements of the TV camera through a topographer who had to physically attend the football field to measure it. We need to speed up this process because data is needed from one day to another and we have no time to contact a topographer an ask him to go to every stadium.

Calculation form
Through the white lines in the field we can find out the vanishing points in order to obtain the horizon line. From then on. through trigonometrical calculations, we can find the position of the TV camera.
